License Agreement

Overview

This license applies to all digital products purchased from NeuralKit, including AI prompt collections, workflow templates, LoRA models, and code boilerplates. By purchasing and downloading any product, you agree to the terms of this license.

What You Can Do

Allowed Uses

• Use prompts and assets for personal projects
• Use prompts and assets for commercial projects, including paid client work
• Modify, adapt, and customize prompts to fit your specific needs
• Use AI outputs generated from our prompts in any project (commercial or personal)
• Use workflow templates and code boilerplates in your own applications
• Use LoRA models to generate images for commercial purposes
• Share AI-generated outputs with clients and team members
• Use products across unlimited personal and client projects

What You Cannot Do

Restricted Uses

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original prompt files, templates, or assets as-is
• Include our products in competing prompt libraries, marketplaces, or digital asset stores
• Use our LoRA models or prompts to train competing AI models or fine-tunes intended for resale
• Redistribute our workflow templates or code boilerplates as standalone products
• Share your download links or account access with others
• Claim authorship or original creation of our unmodified prompts or assets
• Upload our products to public repositories, file-sharing platforms, or torrent sites

Team and Organization Use

A single license is for one individual. If multiple team members need access, each person requires their own license. For organization-wide licensing, contact us at [email protected] for volume pricing.

AI-Generated Output Ownership

You own all rights to AI-generated content created using our prompts, subject to the terms of the AI platform you use (e.g., OpenAI, Midjourney, Stability AI). We make no claims on your generated outputs.

Updates and Versioning

Your license includes all future updates to the products you purchased. Updated versions will be available through your original download links. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace products at our discretion.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license if you violate any of the restricted uses above. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the licensed products.
