By accessing or purchasing from NeuralKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services or purchase our products.

Products and Digital Delivery

All NeuralKit products are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to download links. Products include AI prompt collections, workflow templates, LoRA models, and code boilerplates.

• Download links are generated instantly after purchase
• Links are tied to your order and email address
• You receive lifetime access to the version purchased, plus all future updates
• Products are delivered as-is in the formats described on each product page

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases. Bundle pricing reflects a discount on the combined individual product prices.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy under the following conditions:

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded any files from your order
• Once any file from an order has been downloaded, the sale is considered final
• To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order ID
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days
• Bundle purchases are refunded in full; partial refunds on bundles are not available

Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email and download links. Do not share your download links with others. We reserve the right to revoke access if we detect unauthorized sharing or distribution.

Intellectual Property

All NeuralKit products, branding, website content, and code are the intellectual property of NeuralKit. Your purchase grants you a license to use the products as described in our License Agreement. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from using our prompts, workflows, or models. AI outputs depend on many factors including the model used, API version, and configuration.

Limitation of Liability

NeuralKit's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via our website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
